We gather once a week to share the joy of singing in harmony. We are a non-auditioned community choir. We sing rounds and songs from all over the world. All songs are taught in the oral tradition, and our only requirement is a desire to sing (well, and to have fun!).

Lift the Spirit Choir strives to be an inclusive, care-based singing community rooted in play, authenticity, and connection — to each other, the natural world, and the spirit we all share. We envision a world where communal singing supports wellbeing, belonging, and embodied self-expression, reviving shared song as a practice that sustains connection across generations and cultures.
